How long does the Sample Finish Kit take to arrive?

Every Sample Finish Kit is cast to order in our UK foundry, so the full lead time is typically 3–4 weeks from order to delivery: 21–28 days of handcrafting plus 1–3 days of UK shipping (or 5–10 days internationally). If you need it sooner, we offer Priority Production + Express Shipping at checkout which ships in 7–10 days.

What is the Sample Finish Kit made of?

Solid cast brass, sand-moulded and hand-finished in the United Kingdom. Every piece is made from a 60/40 copper-zinc alloy — the traditional hardware brass used for over a century. It is a real, solid metal product (not plated, not resin, not hollow).

Can I return the Sample Finish Kit if I change my mind?

Yes. We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Custom bespoke orders (where we have made a non-standard specification for you) are non-returnable.

Is meraki Hardware a legitimate company?

Yes. meraki Hardware Ltd is a UK-registered company (Companies House registration available on our Contact page) with a working foundry in the United Kingdom. Every piece is handcrafted to order, which is why delivery takes 3–4 weeks. Our 10-year warranty covers all manufacturing defects.
