How long will my order take to arrive?
Every meraki piece is made to order in our workshop and hand finished before it ships. Production usually takes a few days to two weeks depending on the piece, and tracked shipping adds one to two weeks more. The timeline above is always the most accurate picture for your order.
Why has my tracking not moved in a few days?
Parcels travel long distances between scanning points, and quiet gaps of three to seven days mid journey are completely normal, especially between countries. Your parcel is still moving. This page updates the moment the next scan arrives.
Who actually delivers my order?
Your order travels in two stages: an international logistics partner handles the first leg, then your local postal service or courier takes over for the final delivery. We combine every tracking event on this page, and once your local carrier has the parcel we show their name and tracking number so you can follow it door to door.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Different pieces are sometimes finished and dispatched separately so nothing waits around. Each parcel has its own timeline on this page, and there is never an extra delivery charge.
Will I need to pay customs fees or import duties?
No. Delivery is free worldwide and duties and taxes are included in your order. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a fee, contact us before paying and we will take care of it.
Something looks wrong with my delivery. What should I do?
We monitor every parcel automatically and delivery exceptions reach our team the same day, so if a delivery attempt fails or a parcel needs attention we are usually already on it. You can also message us any time from the contact page and we will chase it for you.
