Can I return the KOL Hook if I change my mind?

Yes. We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Custom bespoke orders (where we have made a non-standard specification for you) are non-returnable.

The KOL hook is a simple, cylindrical peg mounted on a circular backplate — clean enough to disappear into the wall, but sturdy enough to hold robes, towels, coats, and bags without complaint. The rounded profile matches the rest of the KOL bathroom range, so it sits naturally alongside the towel rails and toilet roll holder.

Every component is crafted from solid brass, giving it a reassuring weight and long-term durability that outlasts plated alternatives. Choose from five finishes: Brushed Stainless Steel for a cool, industrial tone; Graphite Grey for a sophisticated dark metallic; Matte Black for a bold contemporary look; Polished Chrome (PVD) for a bright, mirror-like sheen; or Satin Brass for a warm golden glow.

Wall-mounted with concealed fixings for a clean, seamless look. All mounting hardware is included.

Good but not great I bought a hand towel rail, TP holder and 2 hooks from Meraki. After fitting the towel rail and Tzp holder, I found that they were loose and had to take each of them off to tighten the inside nut before reinstalling them. They are not as solid as I had hoped (and the price would indicate). The hooks are a bit more solid.
