How long does the KRAM Solid Brass Robe Hook take to arrive?

The estimated lead time for KRAM Solid Brass Robe Hook is 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation to delivery, production included. Pieces held in our UK warehouse ship within a few days. If you need it sooner, Priority Production with Express Shipping at checkout is estimated at 7 to 10 business days.

What is the KRAM Solid Brass Robe Hook made of?

Solid brass — a copper-zinc alloy that has been used in hardware for over a century. A real, solid metal product (not plated, not resin, not hollow).

What finishes is the KRAM Solid Brass Robe Hook available in?

KRAM Solid Brass Robe Hook is available in Antique Brass, Matte Black, and Satin Brass. Unlacquered brass develops a deepening patina over time; every other finish is sealed to preserve the original appearance.

Can I return the KRAM Solid Brass Robe Hook if I change my mind?

Yes. We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Custom bespoke orders (where we have made a non-standard specification for you) are non-returnable.

Is meraki a legitimate company?

We have a UK-based team and a UK storage facility for selected stock. Typical delivery time is 2–4 weeks. Our 10-year warranty covers all products.

Product Story

The KRAM robe hook is a compact, solid brass hook with the collection's signature diamond-knurled texture on the hook stem. The round backplate sits flush to the wall, and the hook itself curves upward at just the right angle to hold robes, towels, and bags securely without them sliding off.

Available in Antique Brass for a warm, aged character, Matte Black for a bold modern statement, Satin Brass for a soft golden glow, and

Wall-mounted with concealed fixings for a clean appearance. The knurled detailing on the stem adds a subtle tactile element that ties it perfectly to the rest of the KRAM range.

Where it works best

Behind bathroom doors for robes and towels
Hallway and entryway walls for coats, bags, and scarves
Bedrooms as a convenient hook for dressing gowns
Paired with the KRAM towel rail and KRAM toilet roll holder for a coordinated bathroom

Part of the KRAM collection — a complete range of knurled bathroom accessories designed to work together.

How we work

Made Properly, Not Quickly

We work with a small group of specialist manufacturers who treat every piece the way it should be treated. As something worth getting right, not a commodity to churn out. Each product is carefully manufactured to exacting standards, inspected under bright light, and only cleared to ship once the quality meets our threshold.

Materials are chosen for longevity and purpose. Whether it's solid brass, brushed steel, natural marble, or hand-blown glass, we source specifically for each product line and don't cut corners on composition.

We don't hold stock. Every order is made specifically for you, in the finish and size you've chosen, by people who know it's going somewhere it'll be looked at every day. It's why our lead times are measured in weeks rather than days, and it's why nothing in your order has been sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shifted.
